This is a magnificent all yellow tree in the fall on our street.

Bike Project

The two Steve's had a good time turning an old red bike into a balance bike, no pedals. Stripped of gears. Cut out a section.
SJ picked an Auburn theme. He designed the bike. I took him sticker shopping. Really cute watching him looking at all the options before choosing THE ones.
I think he enjoyed the process most.

Favorite Friday Activity

The Friday before every home game, we attend "Football, Fans and Feathers" at the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine's Southeastern Raptor Center.
The great horned owl had a random kid rush him moments before the photo and flapped Soso an SJ in the head...just explaining why they are leaning waaaaaay over!
Always good to see the raptors! They do flight demonstrations. One guy was wing slapped by the barn owl. Sophia was so jealous!

Birthday party day!

Sophia requested a dramatic entrance to music with an Elsa/frozen theme...with help, it happened.

Halloween again

After we wrapped up the fun downtown, we took the party to Grandma and Grandpa's house!
Pumpkin photos SJ chose the scary face. Sophia drew the tink and I carved it for her!
