Sophia's third birthday

Steve was fishing in the Texas Toyota Bass Classic

on Lake Conroe in Texas...

so birthday cupcake to start the day, at 6a.m.
Just so she knew today was first about her.

Cupcake for breakfast was a hit!

We went and launched Steve.

The kids wore their costumes on the dock.

Ate Breakfast with Becky and Vegas at iHop.

Went back to the bus and did

whatever she wanted to!

Sophia wore her Jesse costume ALL DAY.
It's her day, whatever she wants to do!
Her she relaxes in the VIP room with

a tall glass of ice water.
SJ, seconds after I took this photo,
folded up this chair...
it fell to the floor with a loud BOOM.
My little engineer figured out how it worked.
He didn't get that it was Soso's birthday,
but liked the cupcake deal.

After noticing that her Jesse doll had "Andy"

written on the bottom of its boot...
Soso asked 'Steve Kennedy' for his sharpie.

She turned to me and said,

"Momma. Write this on my boot."
Hysterically cute.

Upstairs in the outdoor VIP balcony place.
Sophia kept checking the bottom of the boot...
yep. Still there.

We watched the rest of the weigh-in.

Daddy finished 5th, WOOHOO!

There was a country performance that followed.

Time to dance!

She went to herd SJ back to us.

I think she had a great day.
We didn't even open the gifts until the next day.

I think the best measure of how good

a day is...amount of time until crash.

we really didn't leave the parking lot

until we heard snoring!!

Visit with Texas Cousins!

One of my favorite things about coming to the Conroe area...

getting to drive to see our cousins!

Day at the office, Conroe

Slow start...when I saw SK after breakfast, not a keeper yet. A guy and his dog fishing right next to him caught a massive keeper...showed it to SK. All good. There's more time left...

Take off!

Final day of PAA in Texas. Steve is still in it! I dressed the kids in their Halloween costumes for blast off. Blu and Jesse in the house!!

Jesse Birthday

We celebrated Sophia's birthday with a cupcake at 6:30am right before we left for the ramp. After launch, we hit iHop. I ordered a birthday song for Soso...she crawled(literally) under the table!! Shy doesn't quite sum it up...
