Reason 427 Steve is Cool
The antenna on the bus go down buttons quit working. Can't move bus
with it the stupid thing up...there's the whole might snag power
lines, scrape bridges, & obnoxious "your antenna is up dummy" alarm
that stays on.
So, Steve breaks out plans and wire diagrams for bus...comes up with
only SK solution. Hard wire from 3500 battery to motor on antenna!
It worked! We are rolling out of the field finally!
That's my Auburn engineer!

Game Day!
It's a little chilly this morning...so Sophia is wearing her Halloween
costume to stay warm. Plus, it cracks me up! Louie is glad...better
her than him!

Talking to Dragon Flies
Sophia test drove her bounce seat thing today. She "talked" to, or
more like at, the dragon flies!
All is well. She is sleeping pretty much through the night. We have a
late dinner, followed by early bird breakfast. :) but get four to five
hours between.

Sophia's Room
Here are a few shots of Sophia's Room.
The words around the top of the walls
are the entire poem "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star".
Grandma Karen found the carpet for us.
White wrought iron goes very well with the quilted bed set.
The new drawer knobs I found in Canada and match
the yellow gingham in comforter.
Angel from Helen, photo frame from James.
was used in Catherine's room.
Steve's "Elite Diaper Genie".

First Photo Shoot
Inspired by wonderful window lighting,
Sophia and I had a mini-photo shoot this morning.
She was a natural, working with me...
she doesn't move much.
Like shooting fish in a barrel!
Sleeping beauty
but she looks really ticked off, about to cry!
I said, "do shocked, amazed".
I said, "do shocked, amazed".
Getting to the end of her patience rope for all this non-sense.
I get the exact same look from Steve a great deal of the time!

I haven't had the heart to tell her about the losing season.
Crashing after a long exhausting 15 minutes of being cute.Sophia headed back to her basket for a power nap.

Walk in the park
Sophia passed her jaundice 48hr test!
While we were out of the house,
we decided the rest of the beautiful day
should be spent walking in the park.
