On the way to dinner...

The kids passed out in deep sleep. They wouldn't nap at the bus...once in carseat-OUT. So, SK stopped at a few places. This one cracked me up with the big fake shark sign...

Soso's first crab with her purple net!

She was so excited. I could her her squealing as she ran to the bus! SJ and I were finishing off lunch. She and daddy bought the PURPLE net this morning...and she'd been dying to put it in the water!!

End of Day Two

The kids were out playing in the sand by the bus right before dinner. They kept wanting five more minutes!

Walking back from the office with me, Sophia spotted a blue crab snacking on some dead bait fish discarded at the bottom of the boat ramp! We sat down and watched him eat for a bit. SJ clearly saw it too; he squealed and pointed into the water!

It's warm down here...so we decided to cool off for a minute! Key West Polar Bear Ice Cream Parlor...yummy!

Burning Up the Dance Floor!

I need to take a picture when the sun is high...the water is breathtaking shades of turquoise! The sun was setting as I snapped this.

This is our first everybody in the bus trip. Usually I'm dragging a boat with the truck. We are driving south to celebrate my birthday. :)

Last Dip

We went to the KOA pool in Okeechobee last night. It was a little chilly when you were out of the water, but we had a blast anyway.
The DeFoes picked up a few pizzas and we had a pizza pool party for dinner!

Kevin was controlling the sprinkler by folding and unfolding the hose...hilarious when the kids would get close, then spray! They'd run squealing.

Waiting in the service yard!

Steve had to have a new gear casing put on his motor today. The kids played in the front of the boat while Mr. Chad with Yamaha worked his magic! I put the beach umbrella up for some shade.

Airboat ride!!

This morning after take off...after breakfast club...we went for an airboat ride in Eagle Bay! We saw gators and all types of birds. Captain Troy stopped and cut cattails for the kids. Good time! SJ was not liking the posed photo...or the ear protection, but he did both!
