We fished from the bank after SJ pointed out he didn't catch a fish. (Soso caught a trout on the boat, SK too). Here he lands a nice brown! I believe we have another generation of fisherman on our hands.

Soso's turn!

She had good form. Put fingers in the 5 hole ball, and flung it. First game 31, second 46! She got 9 pins in one frame even. She said, "Girls rule, boys drool!"

SJ up!

He bowled 18 first game and 19 second game! Celebrated every roll of the ball. It was slooooooooooow going down the lane.

Game Faces!

Soso, SJ, the Doves, Steve, and I went bowling tonight! Kids with their game faces on. SJ got into it...his first time bowling!

14th at Bull Shoals

Steve had a huge come back at bull shoals! 69th day one, 32nd day two, and almost made the cut finishing in 14th day three! :) BRAVO!

Connie's Breakfast Club

On day three of the breakfast club, Sophia ordered her MINNIE mouse pancakes. (I told the waitress to just put the butter between the ears like a bow.) Sophia was over the moon with a real strawberry bow! It was yummy too.

A Friend of Fisherman

We had a cool visitor to the campground! SJ was in awe. The Arkansas State Trooper let the kids tour his car. Each got to turn the lights on! Crazy bright.

Last Mud Photo

I was amazed at the amount of water...IN THE BOOTS! The socks were also white...he needed a tan pair!

Wipe Dirt Off My Pants!?

It's all fun and games until somebody realizes they are super nasty dirty! SJ walked over to me, "Wipe dirt off my pants!? They are ucky!" He wasn't crying...but very much grossed out by the realization that he was playing in dirty mud!

Cannon Ball!!

SJ taught Vegas the cannon ball mud puddle jumping maneuver! Vegas was saying it too!

After the rainstorm passed, the kids played in the puddles! Making a huge fabulous muddy mess :)

When Too Wet to Play

We hit museums! Had good time walking around the State Park visitor center here in Bull Shoals, Arkansas. Very proud to hear Sophia squeal, "Look a bobcat!". Followed by SJ, "A WAYNEBOW TROUT!"(rainbow trout). See, all this dragging around...they have learned something :)
