When you cross onto Deer Key down here, there are signs
telling motorist to slow down
deer crossings...endangered Key Deer crossing.
Tons of them with flashing lights.
I'm driving, SK shotgun, Sophia in back.
I said, "Steve get the camera!
We have to get a photo of the endangered Key Deer!"
As he reaches for the camera,
Steve replies that he has been down here
a hundred times and has never seen one...
blah, blah, blah...
as I am slamming on the brakes and pulling over
to the side of the road.
