Swim Lesson

Yesterday, we went up to Lake Martin.

We met Shelby and the girls to hang out for the day.

Before they all got there, we had a swim lesson and fun.

Sophia loves to splash!

Floating on her back!

Back to splashing around a little more!

Then the underwater fun began...

This is the count three, straight up and down dunk.

Sophia is a champ at this!

She has learned to CLOSE her mouth

and not get water up her nose by blowing out.

Very impressive!

Here she is coming out of the water
with her mouth shut.

Since she mastered that we moved on... Literally.
Here Steve moved her forward under
the water in a swimming like motion.
Again, she kept her mouth closed and
blew air out of her nose!
After, a little
celebration snort was in order!
So proud.
