Yesterday

Steve and Kevin dropped the rest of us off on the beach to collect shells. They headed out and caught 5 Kings and 5 Spanish. Biggest King one was pushing 15 pounds.
Kerry, SJ, Sophia, and I bagged beautiful patterned whole olive shells. Shells the size of SJ head! A good hike on the beach. We saw a wave of scared fish straight out of national geographic!
The guys were catching them every time they put a bait down...so we were on the beach longer than we thought we'd be. Started rationing water! Not really...but they left the fish biting. Next time, we probably should save snacks just in case.
After they picked us up, we went by water to dinner at a restaurant next to a marina.
On the way to the ramp, we stopped on some humps and fished for shark! Kevin landed this one. It bit and held on to the gaff! Kerry's bait was stolen three times! It was fun to listen to the reactions in the back of the boat. The kids and I were sitting up front...away from the action!
